He bought his first house without an agent.

In 1983 Bill bought his first house for a dollar down. For sale by owner — no agent, no middleman. A year later he had his license, and he has spent the four decades since on the other side of that table, making sure the people he represents get the deal he had to find on his own.

He once moved a two-story house out of 156th & Dodge to the Elkhorn area. Lots of hoops to jump through. He and his family still live in it.
